Yesterday in Sarajevo, the Federal Conference titled "Speaking about opportunities and creating them" took place, focusing on reforming the system for assessing children with disabilities, in line with the International classification of functioning, disability, and health. The conference was jointly organized by the Federal ministry of labor and social policy and UNICEF, with funding from the European Union.

The Family support service at the Home for children without parental care Sarajevo, in cooperation with the Social work service, Foundation Second, the Pomozi.ba Association, and the Parents' council of the "Aleksa Šantić" Primary school, successfully carried out a relief campaign for the family of a deceased disabled war veteran. The family was provided with a social apartment by the Municipality of Novi Grad, and with the help of donors, the apartment was renovated and fully equipped for living.
