While most of us seek moments of rest on weekends, there are people who turn their free time into kindness. Our dear friend Tarik Smailbegović, former director of the Home for children without parental care in Sarajevo, chose to spend his Saturday morning doing a truly meaningful deed.

Thanks to the donations of kind-hearted people, this mother and her five little ones recently received two wardrobes, a fridge, a stove, and a TV. With great love and effort, she arranged her rented apartment to make it a warm, tidy, and lively space for her children — despite modest conditions.
