Gondola rides, swimming in the mountaintop artificial lake, a train ride through the forest, exploring the Dino Park with life-sized dinosaur replicas, and a treasure hunt at the "Ravna planina" Ski Center marked the excursion organized last week by the "Second" Foundation for 60 children and their caregivers from the Cantonal Public Institution "Home for Children without Parental Care Sarajevo."

The children enjoyed a day filled with laughter and adventure, taking photos in front of T-rex, the fearsome Spinosaurus, the hairy Stegosaurus, and the towering Brachiosaurus. The bravest took a dip in the artificial lake, while the younger ones searched for hidden treasures in the park, placed by the director of the "Second" Foundation, Belma Mujezinović.

The treasures were small tokens that brought smiles to the children’s faces.

The younger ones were pushed on swings, slid down slides, and played in the sand.

The day concluded with a train ride through the dense coniferous forest and ice cream at the restaurant at the foot of the gondola, before returning home and counting the days until the next excursion organized by the "Second" Foundation at Jablanica Lake.

The excursion costs, including transportation, entrance fees, and lunch, amounted to 660 EUR. We extend our gratitude to the donors who made it possible for the children to experience something new.
