On the second day of Eid al-Adha, the "Second" Foundation initiated a celebration for the members of the Association for Persons with Special Needs of the Bosnian-Podrinje Canton, which was carried out by the president of this Association, Emira Hodžić. This initiative aimed to bring joy and smiles to the faces of those who often face daily challenges.
The premises of the Association were filled with joy and warmth as the members and their loved ones enjoyed roasted meat, cakes, and refreshing juices. The organizers ensured that every detail was perfectly arranged, creating an atmosphere that reflected the spirit of Bayram – a time of love, sharing, and solidarity.
The president of the Association, Emira Hodžić, expressed his gratitude to the "Second" Foundation for this small gesture of attention.
"Such events are of immense importance to our members. They not only provide an opportunity for socializing and fun but also strengthen the sense of community and belonging," she stated.
Belma Mujezinović, the director of the "Second" Foundation, emphasized that their mission is to support those in greatest need and that such events are crucial for building an inclusive society.
"Eid al-Adha is a time when we should share happiness and prosperity with everyone, especially those who face additional challenges. We hope that this small gesture will bring light into the lives of these wonderful people," Mujezinović said.
This event marks just one of many activities that the "Second" Foundation plans to carry out in the future. Their dedication and enthusiasm for community work promise many similar initiatives that will enrich social life and provide support to those in need.
