The Second Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping young people who leave homes for children without parental care, assisting them in successfully integrating into society and the labor market. This foundation recognizes the challenges faced by young people after leaving these homes when they turn 18 and actively works on their social and professional inclusion.

These internships are designed to provide young people with the necessary skills and experience to better position themselves in the labor market. Within these programs, mentors from various industries offer support and guidance, helping the youth develop their talents and self-confidence.
The Second Foundation aims not only to prepare young people for the labor market but also to help them find permanent employment. In collaboration with employers from various sectors, the foundation plans to organize workshops for writing CVs and preparing for interviews. Through these activities, young people acquire the skills needed for successful job searching and presenting themselves to employers.

The stories of young people who, with the support of the Second Foundation, have completed internships and begun finding their place in the labor market serve as inspiration and motivation for new generations. One example is two girls from the Cantonal Public Institution "Home for Children without Parental Care Sarajevo," who, over the past period, have interned at Kaftan Studio and Astra Galata Hotel. Both are graduating from the Hospitality and Tourism School in Sarajevo, one as a seamstress and the other as a chef.

Hosting an intern from their program has been a rewarding experience, showcasing the incredible potential of these youths.
