At the initiative of Foundation "Second", 16 iftars were organized in Sarajevo's restaurants during the month of Ramadan for 60 orphans from the Home for children without parental care Bjelave.

Almost 300 portions of specialties were served at the iftars, which were carefully selected for them by the owners and employees of the restaurants: KFC, River, Prava priča, Čaršija, Aeroplan, Zmaj, Mutvak, City Walk, Klopa and Piatto.

"It was a really nice experience. Kids are wonderful. All our employees were delighted with how well-mannered and modest they are, which is undoubtedly the contribution of all the employees in the Home Bjelave" - the statement from the restaurant "Prava priča" in Ilidža.

The children from Home Bjelave were divided into four groups, so that each group had iftar at least once during the week in a restaurant whose owners responded to the initiative of Foundation "Second".

Many of them went a step further, and organized parties with mascots, Ramadan packages and gifts for the children.

Foundation "Second" paid 230 EUR for transports of the three groups to the restaurants were iftars were free of charge, 100 EUR for one iftar in Restaurant River (three iftars were free of charge), and 450 EUR for iftar in Restaurant Piatto. Total spent: 780 EUR.

Iftars in KFC, Prava priča, Čaršija, Aeroplan, Zmaj, Mutvak, City Walk and Klopa were free of charge.

"We would like to thank all the contributors to our initiative. There is no such thing as small donation." - said Belma Mujezinović, manager of the Foundation "Second".
