The Small family home in Ledići will once again become a place of connection, support, and warmth. At the invitation of Foundation Second, and with the support of the Federal ministry of labour and social policy, we will host members of the Association for persons with special needs of the Bosnian-Podrinje Canton.

After the first, exceptionally successful two-day visit, the participants will this time spend three days in Ledići, allowing for a richer program, more social interaction, and a more complete experience of being in nature.
A space that brings peace, safety, and belonging
Situated in a tranquil mountain environment, the Small family home provides an atmosphere that calms, inspires creativity, and opens space for experiences that strengthen the sense of belonging. For the members of the association, this stay is an opportunity to build self-confidence, social skills, and mutual support through shared activities — values at the core of Foundation Second’s work.
During the three-day stay, participants will enjoy creative and occupational activities, shared meals, time together, walks in the fresh mountain air, and moments of relaxation by the warm hearth in a home-like atmosphere. The focus will be on togetherness and empowerment, making every stay in Ledići a step toward greater inclusion and improved well-being for all participants.
Support that changes lives
The Federal ministry of labour and social policy has recognized the importance of such activities and, through a transfer for non-institutional forms of care and protection, enabled their implementation. This type of support strengthens access to inclusive services and contributes to a better quality of life for persons with special needs.
Thanks to this cooperation, the stay is organized professionally, with high quality, and without any financial burden on participants — an important step toward more accessible and sustainable community-based services.
Creating places that open possibilities
Foundation Second continues to develop Ledići as a space of connection, support, and recovery — a place where differences are not a barrier but a value that brings us together and enriches our community.
