Foundation Second supports children without parental care, children from at-risk families, and children with special needs. Our assistance is provided exclusively through cooperation with institutions and organizations with which we have signed agreements. Professional services from these institutions assess the situations and recommend those most in need, ensuring that support reaches the right beneficiaries.
