The restaurant of Hotel Sunce in Vogošća has joined the family of hospitality establishments that have decided to support children without parental care this year by organizing an iftar. Thus, seven children from the Small family home in Blagovac had the opportunity to enjoy the specialties of this restaurant, sitting at a large table where they felt like true VIP guests.

Family homes play a crucial role in the lives of children without parental care, providing them not only with a safe roof over their heads but also with the warmth of home and a sense of belonging. Unlike large institutions, small family homes offer a more intimate and close-knit atmosphere, where children can develop close relationships and feel like part of a family. Through initiatives like these, where the community shows support and love, children get the chance to feel that they are not alone and that there are people who care about their happiness and well-being.

After the iftar, two boys, along with the director of Foundation Second, Belma Mujezinović, went to the Central Mosque in Vogošća to perform the Maghrib, Isha, and Taraweeh prayers. This act further highlights the importance of children's spiritual development and the support provided by people with big hearts.

Thanks to restaurants and individuals who understand how significant such moments are, children from family homes get the opportunity to feel accepted, respected, and loved – just as every child deserves.
