As part of its ongoing efforts to improve education and promote reading, the director of Foundation Second, Belma Mujezinović, donated over 100 books to the Sarajevo Public Library. This valuable donation includes a diverse collection of books in Bosnian and English, featuring works of international and local literature, personal development guides, as well as books for children and young adults.

“Books are a bridge between imagination and reality, and reading makes us better individuals. I am delighted that this donation enriched the Sarajevo Library’s collection and provided readers of all ages with access to inspiring and educational content,” said Mujezinović during the formal handover of the donation.

The donation is particularly significant as it comes at a time when the Sarajevo Library is working to enhance its resources and programs to attract more readers and support lifelong learning.

This project is part of a broader initiative by Foundation Second to support education and cultural development in Bosnia and Herzegovina. By donating books in both Bosnian and English, the Foundation aims to encourage bilingual education and expand literary horizons for readers of all ages.

Foundation Second and its director, Belma Mujezinović, have once again demonstrated how concrete actions can bring lasting benefits to the community, emphasizing the importance of solidarity and investing in knowledge as a foundation for a brighter future.

We invite other organizations, institutions, and individuals to join this initiative and contribute to creating a better future by promoting reading and education.
