Last week, in celebration of Children's Week, Second Foundation, in collaboration with the Sami Čamdžić Fund, organized a special trip to the cinema for 50 children from the Home for Children without parental care Sarajevo. This initiative was aimed at creating a joyful and unforgettable experience, with the generous support of the Sami Čamdžić Fund ensuring the successful realization of the project.

Accompanied by their caregivers, the children enjoyed a 3D screening of a popular animated film at Cinestar Cinema, with the entire event enhanced by popcorn and natural juices. This combination created a wonderful atmosphere filled with joy and excitement, as many of the children experienced watching a film in this format for the first time.

Such initiatives, organized in honor of Children's Week, hold particular significance as they offer children the opportunity to socialize, develop social skills, and gain new experiences outside of their everyday environment at the Home. Second Foundation and the Sami Čamdžić Fund emphasize the importance of providing as many opportunities like this as possible to help children build self-confidence and a sense of belonging in the community.

Second Foundation will continue with similar initiatives, and through its long-standing partnership with the Home for Children without parental care Sarajevo, it will keep supporting children who deserve a happier childhood.
