In Sarajevo, at the Skenderija Youth House, the First Social Services Fair of Centar Municipality, Sarajevo, was held. This event garnered significant attention and brought together many key figures in the field of social protection. The Director of the "Second" Foundation, Belma Mujezinović, was among the guests who attended this important event.

The fair was officially opened by the Mayor of Centar Municipality, Srđan Mandić, and attendees were also addressed by the Minister for labor, social policy, displaced persons and refugees of Sarajevo Canton, Enda Pavić Pečenković, the UN Women representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina, JO-Anne Bishop, the Minister for veterans' affairs of Sarajevo Canton, Omer Osmanović, and the Director of the Public institution "Family counseling", Osman Šaljo.

During the fair, a variety of lectures were held on topics of significant importance to the community, such as "Development of services in communities" and "Services within the early growth and development center, its importance for the social protection system and users". 

Numerous institutions and organizations active in the field of social protection presented themselves to visitors at the fair. Among the exhibitors were: the Social protection institution "Hilfswerk Support House", the Centers for healthy aging of Centar Municipality, the Center for support to families with children and persons with developmental disabilities of Centar Municipality, Sarajevo, the Local democracy Foundation, SOS Children's Villages Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Cantonal center for social work, the Public institution "Gerontology Center", the Public institution "Family Counseling", the Public institution "Home for Children without Parental Care", the Public institution "Educational center of Sarajevo Canton", the Public institution "Home for social and health care of persons with disabilities and other persons", and the Public institution "Therapeutic community of Sarajevo Canton".

This fair provided an opportunity for all interested parties to familiarize themselves with the various services available in the field of social protection and to exchange experiences and ideas for improving the quality of life in the local community. The First Social Services Fair of Centar Municipality, Sarajevo, marked an important step towards better and more efficient social services for all citizens.
