The director of the "Second" Foundation, Belma Mujezinović, attended a reception yesterday, organized to commemorate the 124th anniversary of the existence and work of the Cantonal Public Institution (CPI) Home for Children without Parental Care Sarajevo.

A special program was arranged for the guests, where children from the home enthusiastically demonstrated their acquired knowledge. With smiles on their faces, the young performers showcased dance routines and recitations, providing attendees with an unforgettable experience.

In 2022, the "Second" Foundation signed a Cooperation Agreement with the Home for Children without Parental Care Sarajevo, resulting in the implementation of various projects over the past two years. These projects include workshops, excursions, iftars, as well as addressing individual requests and needs of the beneficiaries.

"I would like to highlight the renovation and furnishing of the facility in the village of Ledići on Bjelašnica, which will be used by children without parental care. Thanks to continuous promotion, in the past year, we have successfully secured donations in materials and funds from the Embassy of Great Britain in BiH, as well as from companies such as HIFA OIL, KNAUF, KNAUF INSULATION, THERMOFLUX, LUK, SENIGOR, Bijela tehnika Hadžići, and many individuals who wished to contribute in this manner. I sincerely thank them for recognizing the importance of this project and contributing to its realization," stated Belma Mujezinović.

The ceremony was attended by numerous dignitaries, including representatives from local authorities, collaborators from the educational, health, and social sectors, as well as donors and friends of the institution.
